I recently tried a 40-day digital detox, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made!

I went from being anxious, not sleeping well and feeling constantly distracted to someone who is deeply present and way less addicted to my phone. During that time, I planted my first butterfly garden, finally finished those books, and I no longer sleep next to my phone or touch it first thing in the morning.
And now I really want to share what I have learned with you! I think there is so much value in taking time away from our phones to truly disconnect and learn more about who we are and how to break the addiction from the phones that were literally designed to keep us going back for more dopamine constantly.
I also really think this is important for moms! As moms, we have the opportunity to examine our own habits and create better ones to model and even change the whole culture of our family.
